About Us

Hello!  We are Graham, Jen, and Emmons.  The Cassellius family!  We own and operate Cassell Hollow Farm in La Farge, Wisconsin.  We bought the farm in 2015 and leaned into the work that had already been established by previous owners.  Cassell Hollow Farm currently boasts 2,500 Midwest hazelnut plantings, including 300 new University plants (planted in 2021).  We are currently harvesting for our own personal use as well as trials in hazelnut oil processing and product development.  By the 2023 harvest season, we plan to have a midsized harvester ready to test.
